Changeover to organic oil: Augel GmbH with new large-scale machinery
WEIBERN, 10.12.2019. Augel GmbH, a certified WHG specialist company with the certificate number Z12994646, has already purchased two new large machines with organic oil this year. These are two excavators of the type R920 and R922 from Liebherr.
"Since the water-legal permission's terms require more and more appropriate devices and since we want to continue to be available to our customers as usual, even at short notice in case of malfunction, we have decided for the immediate acquisition of these two new large machines with sustainable lubricant", explains Rolf Scharmann, managing director of Augel GmbH.
In addition to the current new acquisitions, the family-owned company is currently concentrating on converting its machinery stock to bio-oil. For instance, a Mercedes suction excavator has already been converted. A second new suction excavator is to follow in spring 2020. A 3.5-tonne excavator of the type TB 235 from Takeuchi is already available, especially for operations in water-hazardous areas. Last but not least, a 20-tonne wheel excavator is currently in the conversion phase.
The Weibern-based Augel GmbH holds a certificate according to environmental management* for planning and execution in structural and civil engineering, building and industrial construction and in pipeline and petrol station construction.
