This data automatically enters into billing, device management and procurement needs, as well as maintenance and service intervals, which ensures the safety of the devices.
From the start, every movement, availability, consumption, machine hour and working time is booked. The employees' time recording is done via cloud with the PDS software system.
THE INDIVIDUALLY PROGRAMMED RFID CHIP, WHICH CONTAINS THE RELEVANT ACCESS DATA OF THE PERSON, IS ATTACHED TO THE DRIVER'S LICENSE.
Access numbers for the cloud, personal details, driver's license qualifications, machine operation options are key data that are stored here for the employee. With this chip you get access to the building yard storage. Equipment, machines and consumables can be borrowed from the building yard warehouse. Each product is registered in the administration by a code. The equipment is picked up and released by scanning.
This process is confirmed to the employee by a printout and at the same time managed in the central computer and registered by the administration staff.
Device security is tracked by digital control. Borrowing and returning are registered and the machines are only taken on loan after technical inspection. The technical inspection is marked on the machines with a sticker.
